Ƙirƙira na musamman na rumbun adana laka don masana'antun sarrafa ruwan sharar gida na bakin teku

Cibiyar tace ruwan shara ta abokin ciniki tana bakin teku, kuma lakar da yake sarrafawa tana ɗauke da yawan sinadarin chloride (Cl⁻). Abokin ciniki ya buƙaci siyan silo na laka.

Dangane da takamaiman yanayin wurin, mun keɓance silo mai siffar ƙasa mai siffar mazugi biyu ta amfani da farantin ƙarfe mai rufi. An yi birgima da zafi a kan farantin, wanda ya ƙunshi Layer na ciki mai kauri mm 3 na bakin ƙarfe 316L da Layer na waje mai kauri mm 10 na Q235 carbon steel, wanda ya samar da farantin haɗin gwiwa mai kauri mm 13 gaba ɗaya.

Wannan farantin haɗin da aka yi da zafi yana da fa'idodi masu mahimmanci:
(1) Mafi kyawun juriya ga tsatsa: Bakin ƙarfe 316L yana da juriya mafi kyau ga tsatsa da chloride ke haifarwa idan aka kwatanta da ƙarfe 304 ko na yau da kullun na carbon, wanda hakan ya sa ya fi dacewa da masana'antar sharar gida a yankunan bakin teku.
(2) Ingantaccen aikin hana tsatsa: Layer ɗin bakin ƙarfe na farantin haɗin gwiwa yana rufe saman ciki gaba ɗaya, yana hana shigar chloride da tsatsa. Ana yin walda na ciki ta amfani da sandunan walda masu juriyar tsatsa fiye da 316L, kuma magani na musamman yana tabbatar da kyakkyawan juriyar tsatsa a saman ciki.
(3) Ƙarfin tsari mafi girma: Faranti masu haɗakarwa masu zafi suna samun haɗin ƙarfe (haɗin matakin ƙwayoyin halitta), suna ba su ƙarfi gaba ɗaya fiye da farantin ƙarfe mai tsarki na Q235 mai tsawon mm 13. Hakanan sun fi kyau fiye da kawai rufe layin ƙarfe mai tsawon mm 3 a kan farantin ƙarfe mai tsawon mm 10.

 

Daga cikin masu fafatawa da yawa, abokin ciniki ya zaɓi mafitarmu, kuma samfurinmu ya tabbatar da amincewar abokin ciniki. Bayan shekaru bakwai na aiki tun lokacin da aka kawo shi, silo ɗin sludge bai fuskanci wata matsala ba, wanda hakan ya nuna cikakken amincin faranti masu haɗawa a cikin muhalli mai wadataccen chloride.

Wannan aikin ya nuna ƙwarewar Haibar a fannoni daban-daban na masana'antu—ta amfani da fasahar hana tsatsa (faranti masu rufi) daga masana'antar sinadarai zuwa injiniyan muhalli.
